Our Company
Treasures Hotels & Resorts Jamaica Limited is a start-up full-service hospitality company that will be dedicated to curating exceptional and authentic Jamaican experiences across a diverse portfolio of luxury resorts, family-friendly hotels, and private villas. Our properties promise to be the ultimate destination for luxury and comfort in Jamaica and we will offer an unforgettable experience for guests from all around the world.
Treasures Hotels & Resorts Jamaica Limited was incorporated in Jamaica on February 9, 2023. We intend to acquire turnkey hotels, resorts & villas and develop our own luxury hotels & resorts to provide accommodations, amenities, activities and various other hospitality products and services to our local and international guests.
Business Divisions
At Treasures Hotels & Resorts Jamaica Limited, our main business divisions will be All-inclusive Hotels & Resorts, Luxury-Boutique® Hotels & Resorts, Luxury Homes & Villas, Food & Beverages,
Tours & Travel and Events & Entertainment.
Through these business divisions we will be offering accommodations at our hotels and villas as well as providing many of the usual resort amenities and services such as beaches, swimming pools, restaurants, spas, sports bars, casinos, cinemas, nightclubs, marinas, gyms, shopping centers, conference centers and shuttles.
We will host events at our hotels and resorts such as weddings ceremonies & receptions, retreats, reunions, concerts as wells as other celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries and engagement parties. We will also plan and offer our guests tours & excursions to popular tourist attractions throughout the island of Jamaica. Travel services such as taxi, chauffeurs, car rental, luxury bus & limo rides will also be offered.
As we fully establish ourselves in Jamaica, we will be offering other hospitality products and services such as sea cruises, air cruises, yacht charters, private jet charters, and ferry services. We will also be selling and providing food & beverages produced on our own farms, providing entertainment by streaming and broadcasting music, films and sports as well as staging live entertainment events.

Management Team
The success of any business is to a larger extent dependent on the structure of the organization and the people who occupy the available roles. We will work with a structure that will give employees room to explore their creativity, give them a sense of belonging, as well as help them personally grow and climb up the corporate ladder of our organization. We will also assist them with much needed training as well as educational resources and support in order for them to update and improve their skills.
We are assembling an excellent team of dedicated individuals who will be tasked to manage our company and its businesses effectively so that we may grow and succeed in becoming a very formidable competitor in the hospitality industry within a few short years.
Investment Opportunities
We are currently seeking to raise up to US$150,000 for up to 18% or 18,000,000 shares of our company in order to hire a Legal Officer (Lawyer) to our management team, rent an office space in Kingston and get a bond from an insurance company underwritten.
The bond will be used to secure an approved loan of US$500 million from a private financing company in Bahrain. Funds from the investment loan will be used to start-up our business operations in Jamaica by acquiring and renovating over 60 turnkey and non-operational hotels, resorts and villas.
The funds will also be used for marketing and operational expenses as well as to acquire lands for the development and construction of our permanent corporate headquarters and luxury hotels & resorts.
We will be seeking additional funds of up to US$2 billion by debt and joint venture financing in order to start our tour operations, provide luxury travel services, produce food from our large-scale farms as well as construct our first all-inclusive Super-Luxury hotel & resort in Portland, Jamaica
that will be called Diamond Treasures.
