US$1.5 million for 2,000,000 Shares
Purpose: Seed funding for the general upkeep and maintenance of our existing company until we are funded with a much larger investment offer. Investor will be repaid US$2 million from subsequent investment we have received with the option to retain 1,000,000 shares in our company.
JAMAICA INVESTMENT OFFER #2:
US$90 million for 20,000,000 Shares
Purpose: To acquire office space and 4 turnkey hotels & resorts in Jamaica then renovate, operate, market & advertise them. Investors will be given a total of 20% or 20,000,000 shares in our existing company and its future subsidiary company called Boutique Havens Jamaica Ltd.

PANAMA INVESTMENT OFFER #1:
US$110 million for 20,000,000 shares
Purpose: To set up our global headquarters in Panama, acquire office space and several turnkey hotels and resorts then renovate, operate, market and advertise them. Investors will be given 10% ownership
of our existing company in Jamaica to be converted to
10% ownership of our new company in Panama called
Treasures Hotels & Resorts Panama S.A. They will also get 10% ownership of its future subsidiary called Boutique Havens Panama S.A.
PANAMA INVESTMENT OFFER #2:
US$200 million for 20,000,000 shares
Purpose: To acquire land and access debt financing to develop our first Super-Luxury hotel and resort in Panama. Investors will get 10% ownership in both our future Panama companies, Treasures Hotels & Resorts Panama S.A and CLR Panama Developments S.A.
