Purpose: To acquire office space and several turnkey hotels, resorts & villas in Jamaica and operate, market & advertise them until they start earning revenues to cover expenses. INVESTMENT OFFER #2: US$350 million for 40,000,000 Shares
Purpose: To acquire more turnkey hotels, resorts & villas in Jamaica
and operate, market & advertise them until they start earning revenues to cover expenses. Investors will be given up to 20% or 20,000,000 shares each in both our subsidiary companies, Luxury-Boutique Hotels & Resorts Jamaica Ltd and Treasures Beds & Villas Jamaica Limited.
INVESTMENT OFFER #3: US$400 million for 20,000,000 shares or 20% ownership of future real estate development subsidiary company.
Purpose: To purchase lands for developing our Luxury-Boutique, Super & Ultra-Luxury Resorts and to purchase and renovate non-operational hotels, resorts and villas.
INVESTMENT OFFER #4: US$150 million for 20,000,000 shares or 20% ownership of our food production company.
Purpose: To startup Spring Valley Foods then raise capital of US$500 million in order to acquire lands for the development of large-scale farms that will produce and provide food and beverages for our own hotel, resort, villa, event, tour and travel operations.
INVESTMENT OFFER #5: US$100 million for 10,000,000 Shares of our future travel services company.
Purpose: To start up Elite Travels Jamaica then raise capital of US$500 million for our ground travel businesses and acquire vehicles and lands to start or tour operations as well as develop our transportation hubs and own tourist attractions in Jamaica.
INVESTMENT OFFER #6: US$100 million for 10,000,000 Shares of our future travel services company.
Purpose: To startup other subsidiaries of Elite Travels Jamaica and raise capital of US$600 million for our sea travel business called Elite Ferry, Elite Boat Rides and Elite Yachts and acquire various sea vessels as well as purchase lands to establish marinas and ports across the island of Jamaica.

After reviewing each properties’ acquisition viability, investors can decide to partner and operate them with us.
Investors will be offered 10% or 10 million shares in Treasures Hotels & Resorts Jamaica Limited and our future subsidiary, Luxury-Boutique Hotels & Resorts Jamaica Ltd as well as 50% ownership of each property.
Therefore, investors will not only earn from revenues of the properties but also earn dividends from the profits of our future hospitality services and other hotels, resorts and villas that we acquire or develop.
The investment of US$90 million can be provided all at once or in the following 4 stages:
The US$15 million invested as shares will mainly be used for:
Investors may be able to partner with us on any 1 to 4 of the properties if they can't invest in all 5. For the 3 properties that each cost less than US$6 million, investors can provide US$15 million all at once or in stages and get 2% or 2 million shares of both our existing and future subsidiary companies.
With the other 2 properties which cost between US$14 to $17 million to acquire them, investors can provide US$30 million for each all at once or in stages and get 3% or 3 million shares in both our existing and future subsidiary companies. If an investor chooses to partner with us on 4 properties totaling US$90 million, the 5th property will be acquired as well as part of the investment. After the properties have been successfully acquired, investors or their representatives will be invited to Jamaica to view and stay at the properties.
We are also currently seeking business partners to invest and join us in operating a group of 10 luxury villas in Jamaica. We plan to acquire, renovate where necessary then market and operate the villas under our future subsidiary company called Treasures Beds & Villas Jamaica Ltd.

The total estimated investment to acquire, renovate, market and operate the villas is US$100 million. After reviewing financial viability and investment analysis of the villas, investors can partner with us and choose to operate 1 or more of the villas.
Investors will be offered up to10% or 10 million shares in both Treasures Hotels & Resorts Jamaica Ltd and Treasures Beds & Villas Jamaica Ltd as well as 50% ownership of the villas they choose operate with us.
Therefore, investors will not only earn from revenues of the properties but also earn dividends from the profits of our future hospitality services and other hotels, resorts and villas that we acquire or develop.
The US$100 million can be provided all at once or in the 4 stages below:

Investors may be able to partner with us on any 1 to 9 of the villas properties if they can't invest in all 10. For each of the properties, investors can provide US$10 to $25 million all at once or in the stages mentioned above and get 1% or 1 million shares of both our existing and future subsidiary companies.
For the villas with asking prices of US$5 million or less they should provide US$10 million. For the ones costing between US$5 to $10 million, US$15 million should be provided and those that cost greater than US$10 million, US$25 million should be invested.
After the properties have been successfully acquired, investors or their representatives will be invited to Jamaica to view and stay at the villas.
We will be seeking funding in the amount of US$500 million by debt financing to start development of one of our first luxury hotel & resort in
St. Margaret’s Bay, Portland. This development project will be completed in 3 phases over the course of 8 years in a joint venture arrangement with one or more suitable investors.
This development project will be mixed-used on a 285-acre parcel and feature our first Ultra-Luxury Hotel & Resort called Sapphire Treasures with a total of 3,000 hotel rooms and a private airport called Ken Jones.
Along with various resort amenities and infrastructure, also to be developed on the property are villas, apartments, condos, a marina, a concert venue, a shopping center and a movie theatre.
Located in the quaint lush Parish of Portland on the north-eastern coast of tourism powerhouse of Jamaica, this parcel of land is ideal for the development of a beach front hotel and luxury residences. The parcel is covered by lush greenery and includes a 600-metre strip of secluded beach front.
The parcel encircles the Ken Jones Aerodrome, offering an investor the potential to develop the Caribbean's first resort with access to a private air strip - a truly unique development opportunity.
