US$150 million for 10,000,000 Shares
Purpose: To acquire office space, hire a management team and staff as well as acquire, renovate then operate turnkey hotels & resorts in Jamaica. Investors will be given up to 10% or 10,000,000 shares in our existing company and its future subsidiary company called Boutique Havens Jamaica Ltd. as well as up to 50% ownership of each turnkey hotel and resort acquired.

PANAMA INVESTMENT OFFER #1:
US$130 million for 10,000,000 Shares
Purpose: To set up our global headquarters in Panama, acquire office space and several turnkey hotels and resorts then renovate and operate them. Investors will be given 5% ownership of our existing company in Jamaica to be converted to 5% ownership of our new company in Panama called Treasures Hotels & Resorts Panama S.A. as well as 5% of its future subsidiary called Boutique Havens Panama S.A and up to 50% ownership of each turnkey hotel and resorts acquired.
PANAMA INVESTMENT OFFER #2:
US$200 million for 20,000,000 shares
Purpose: To acquire land to develop our first Ultra-Luxury Resort and access debt financing to develop luxury hotels and resorts. Investors will get 10% ownership in both Treasures Hotels & Resorts Panama S.A and our future real estate development company, CLR Panama Developments S.A.
