Purpose: To startup Spring Valley Foods Jamaica Ltd, our food production company then raise more capital to acquire lands for the development of large-scale farms that will produce and provide food and beverages for our own hotel, resort, villa, event, tour and travel operations. Investors will get 20% ownership of
Spring Valley Foods Jamaica.
INVESTMENT OFFER #2: US$100 million for 10% Stake
Purpose: To startup Elite Travels Jamaica Limited, our travel services company then raise more capital for our ground travel businesses called Elite Journeys and Elite Rides and our tour operations business called Elite Tours Jamaica by acquiring vehicles and lands to develop our transportation hubs and own tourist attractions in Jamaica. Investors will get 10% of Elite Travels Jamaica Ltd.
INVESTMENT OFFER #3: US$100 million for 10% Stake
Purpose: To startup other subsidiaries of Elite Travels Jamaica and raise more capital for our sea travel businesses called Elite Ferry and Elite Yachts and acquire various sea vessels as well as purchase lands to establish marinas and ports across the island. Investors will
get 10% of Elite Travels Jamaica Ltd.
INVESTMENT OFFER #4: US$100 million for 10% Stake
Purpose: To startup another subsidiary of Elite Travels Jamaica and raise more capital for our air travel business called Elite Flights and acquire several private jets as well as constructing or enhancing airports in some parishes of Jamaica. Investors will get 10% of Elite Travels Jamaica Ltd.
INVESTMENT OFFER #5: US$150 million for 20% Stake
Purpose: To startup several companies and businesses
of our media and entertainment company called
Treasures Entertainment Division or TRENDI
and raise more capital to market and operate them.
