Purpose: To acquire turnkey hotels, resorts & villas in Jamaica
then renovate, operate, market & advertise them. Investors will be given up to 20% or 20,000,000 shares each in both future subsidiary companies, Boutique Havens Jamaica Ltd. and
Beds & Villas Jamaica Ltd.
INVESTMENT OFFER #4: US$400 million for 20,000,000 Shares
Purpose: To purchase lands for developing our permanent corporate headquarters and luxury hotels & resorts as well as to acquire and renovate non-operational hotels, resorts and villas. Investors will get 20%ownership of our future real estate development subsidiary company in Jamaica called CLR Jamaica Developments Ltd.

Investors will be offered 10% or 10 million shares in Treasures Hotels & Resorts Jamaica Limited and our future subsidiary, Boutique Havens Jamaica Ltd as well as 50% ownership of each property. Therefore, investors will not only earn from revenues of the properties but also earn dividends from the profits of our future hospitality services and other hotels, resorts and villas that we acquire or develop. After the properties have been successfully acquired, investors or their representatives will be invited to Jamaica to view and stay at the properties.

Due to the passage of Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica, some turnkey luxury villas that we wish to acquire had sustain various structural damages and are temporarily closed for repairs. The Government of Jamaica set the date of December 15, 2025, for the official resumption of tourism activities on the island. With the disruption and destruction that the hurricane brought upon Jamaica, we at Treasures Hotels & Resorts Jamaica decided to embark on setting up our global headquarters in Panama. We will also acquire a few turnkey hotels & resorts in Panama as well as the Bahamas to mitigate the risks of business disruptions by national disasters in the future. We plan to begin our business operations in Panama simultaneously with Jamaica and expand into other territories.
UPDATE (DEC 08, 2025): The Tryall Club will partially open in a few days while Silent Waters Villa which suffered severe damage is still closed for repairs.

We are also currently seeking business partners to invest and join us in operating a group of 10 luxury villas in Jamaica. We plan to acquire, renovate where necessary then market and operate the villas under our future subsidiary company called Beds & Villas Jamaica Ltd.

The Tryall Club Villas
The total estimated investment to acquire, renovate, market and operate the villas is US$100 million. After reviewing financial viability and investment analysis of the villas, investors can partner with us and choose to operate 1 or more of the villas. Investors will be offered up to 10% or 10 million shares in both Treasures Hotels & Resorts Jamaica Ltd and Beds & Villas Jamaica Ltd as well as 50% ownership of the villas they choose operate with us.
Therefore, investors will not only earn from revenues of the properties but also earn dividends from the profits of our future hospitality services and other hotels, resorts and villas that we acquire or develop.

Investors may be able to partner with us on any 1 to 9 of the villas properties if they can't invest in all 10. For each of the properties, investors can provide US$10 to $25 million and get 1% or 1 million shares of both our existing and future subsidiary companies.
For the villas with asking prices of US$5 million or less they should provide US$10 million. For the ones costing between US$5 to $10 million, US$15 million should be provided and those that cost greater than US$10 million, US$25 million should be invested.
After the properties have been successfully acquired, investors or their representatives will be invited to Jamaica to view and stay at the villas.

We will be seeking funding by debt and equity financing to start developments of our first 2 luxury hotel & resort in
St. Margaret’s Bay, Portland and Coral Springs, Trelawny. Both developments will be Ultra-Luxury hotels & resorts called Diamond Treasures and Sapphire Treasures.

We will be seeking funding in the amount of US$500 million to finance the start of our St. Margaret's Bay Project. The development will be on a 285-acre parcel in St. Margaret's Bay, Portland and feature our Ultra-Luxury hotel & resort called Sapphire Treasures with a total of 2,500 hotel rooms and a private airport.
The project will be completed in 4 phases over the course of 8 years in a joint venture arrangement with one or more suitable investors.

Along with various resort amenities and infrastructure, also to be developed on the property are villas, apartments, condos, a marina, a concert venue, a shopping center and a movie theatre.
Located in the quaint lush Parish of Portland on the north-eastern coast of Jamaica, this parcel of land is ideal for the development of a beach front hotel and luxury residences. The parcel is covered by lush greenery and includes a 600-metre strip of secluded beach front.
The parcel encircles the Ken Jones Aerodrome, offering us the potential to develop Jamaica's first resort with access to a private air strip - a truly unique development opportunity.

We will also be seeking funding in the amount of US$500 million to start the development of another one of our luxury hotels & resorts in Coral Springs, Trelawny. This development project will be completed in 3 overlapping phases over a 7-year horizon in a joint venture partnership with suitable investors.

This project will develop our Ultra-Luxury hotel & resort called Diamond Treasures with a total of 3,000 hotel rooms. Along with various resort amenities and infrastructure, also to be developed include a mega-yacht marina, apartments, condos, villas and our permanent corporate headquarters in Jamaica called the Treasures Corporate Center.
The development land at Coral Springs is an appealing 190-acre beachfront property with a white sandy beach that spans over 3000 feet. It offers us endless opportunities to create a truly remarkable mixed-used hospitality estate with its refreshing sea breezes and gorgeous sunsets over the Caribbean Sea.
Coral Springs is located on the north coast of the island, among many resorts, with its closest neighbor being Ocean Coral Spring Resort. The white sand beach is sheltered by the reef approximately 200 meters offshore. The water is shallow and protected by this reef. The land is elevated as it stretches from the beach allowing spectacular ocean views.
