Investors will be given 10% ownership of our existing company in Jamaica to be converted to 10% ownership of our new company in Panama called Treasures Hotels & Resorts Panama S.A. as well as 10% of its future subsidiary called Boutique Havens Panama S.A.

US$200 million for 20,000,000 Shares
Purpose: To acquire land and access debt financing to develop our first Super-Luxury hotel and resort in Panama. Investors will get 10% ownership in both Treasures Hotels & Resorts Panama S.A and our future real estate development company, CLR Panama Developments S.A.
INVESTMENT OFFER #3:
US$200 million for 20,000,000 Shares
Purpose: To acquire more turnkey hotels and resorts as well as villas in Panama then renovate, operate, market and advertise them. Investors will be given up to 10% or 10,000,000 shares each in both future subsidiary companies, Boutique Havens Panama S.A. and
Beds & Villas Panama S.A.

INVESTMENT OFFER #4: US$100 million for 20,000,000 Shares
Purpose: To assist in getting debt financing for the acquisition of an 11,000-acre private island with 57 beaches in Pearl Islands, Panama to develop a smart resort city with seven of our luxury hotel & resort brands. Investors will get 10% ownership in both Treasures Hotels & Resorts Panama S.A. and CLR Panama Developments S.A.

Purpose: To startup our future food production company called
Spring Valley Foods Panama S.A. then raise capital of US$500 million in order to acquire lands for the development of large-scale farms that will produce and provide food and beverages for our own hotel, resort, villa, event, tour and travel operations. Investors will get 20% ownership of Spring Valley Foods Panama.

After reviewing each properties’ acquisition viability, investors can decide to partner and operate them with us.
Investors will be offered 10% or 10 million shares in Treasures Hotels & Resorts Panama S.A. and our future subsidiary, Boutique Havens Panama S.A. as well as 50% ownership of each property.
Therefore, investors will not only earn from revenues of the properties but also earn dividends from the profits of our future hospitality services and other hotels, resorts and villas that we acquire or develop.
The investment of US$110 million can be provided all at once or in the following 4 stages:
The US$20 million invested as shares will mainly be used for:
Investors may be able to partner with us on any of the properties if they can't invest in all 8. For the properties that each cost less than US$10 million, investors can provide US$20 million all at once or in stages and get 1% or 1 million shares of both our future companies.
With the only property which cost US$14 million, investors can provide US$30 million all at once or in stages and get 2% or 2 million shares in both our future companies.
After the properties have been successfully acquired, investors or their representatives will be invited to Panama to view and stay at the properties.

We will be seeking funding by debt and equity financing to start development projects of one of our luxury hotel & resort as well as a smart resort city called Seven Jewels consisting of 7 of our luxury hotel and resort brands. Both of these projects will be located on Islas Cayonetas and Isla San Jose in Pearl Islands, Panama.
For our first project we will be seeking US$500 million to start development of an eco-tourism hotel & resort on 525 acres of Islas Cayonetas. This project will feature our Super-Luxury hotel & resort called Emerald Treasures with a total of 2,000 rooms. Along with various resort amenities and infrastructure, also to be developed include an airport, a marina, villas, apartments, condos, farms, and scientific research labs. This development project will be completed in 4 phases over the course of 10 years in a joint venture partnership.

For our second project we will be seeking US$1.1 billion to start development of a first of its kind self-sustainable smart resort city called Seven Jewels Island on the 11,000-acre private island, Isla San Jose.
This resort city will be powered 100% by renewable energy including a 50MW regenerative hydrogen plant and will feature the global headquarters of our future company called Treasures Hospitality Group.
We will operate on the island 7 of our signature Super-Luxury and Ultra-Luxury hotel and resort brands which include Diamond Treasures, Sapphire Treasures, Pearl Treasures, Emerald Treasures, Jade Treasures, Opal Treasures and Coral Treasures. This development project will be completed in 3 phases over the course of 9 years in a joint venture partnership one or more with suitable investors.
