Chadwick L. Ricketts is a charismatic young leader who has over 11 years of experience working in the financial industry as an Accounting Officer at a well-established loans company in Kingston, Jamaica.
He has over the past 10 years been planning to develop hotels and resorts by doing extensive research and gaining valuable knowledge and insights into the hospitality industry on how the global tourism and travel industry functions.
With the use of new and emerging technologies and his creative and innovative ideas, he along with his dynamic management team will be able to drive Treasures Hotels & Resorts to become the #1 choice for hospitality in Jamaica, the Caribbean and eventually the rest of the world.

Her skills include but are not limited to data analysis, change management, human resources, financial analysis, strategic planning, problem solving, public speaking and critical thinking. She also possesses the ability to train and motivate staff to meet challenging performance targets and to consistently satisfy customers with high-quality service. All of which makes her a great pick as the Vice-President.

Professionalism, ability to learn, discipline and initiative are some of her strong points as an individual. Her zeal to learn and to educate others has made her a well-rounded individual who can operate with or without instruction and produce the desired output at the highest level of efficiency.
Additionally, she is honest, punctual, willing to help others and very good at time management. Her communication skills are up to par as she can communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. Furthermore, she has adequate experience and knowledge of relevant computer systems and applications that will be used to carry out her daily tasks and functions as the Company Secretary.

She is a team player who is well organized, believes in herself and dedicated to her work. She also has great skills in communication, active listening, and critical thinking which are valuable assets that she brings to our organization and the role of Chief Human Resources Officer.
She is a very helpful person and others view her as very flexible and resourceful. Even when situations and schedules change constantly and at the last minute, she is able to be highly adaptive and can adjust accordingly to meet tight deadlines. Despite working in chaotic environments, she is always able to finish tasks on time.

She has a diverse and well-rounded educational background which includes an Associate Degree in General Studies, a Diploma in Practical Nursing, a Certificate in Geriatric Nursing, and a Diploma in Customer Service Supervisory Management Level 3. The latter qualification, which was obtained from the HEART/NSTA, strengthens her expertise in managing and supervising customer service operations.
With over 6 years in customer service across diverse industries, she brings a wealth of experience to the role of Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. Her focus on customer service management aims to elevate client experiences and help drive increased bookings for Treasures Hotels & Resorts.
Chief Information & Technology Officer
Omari Wallace possess a commendable personality with a high moral of conduct. He currently has a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Computer Science and is equipped with mathematical and technological skills to accompany his dedication towards his tasks and duties.

He intends to dedicate his energies, skills and talents for the mutual benefit of himself and our organization in the role of Chief Information & Technology Officer.

He is well-versed in interpreting architectural drawings, managing construction teams, and implementing safety measures to create a secure work environment.
