Founder, President, CEO & CFO

Chadwick L. Ricketts is a charismatic young leader who has over 10 years of experience working in the financial industry as an Accounting Officer at a well-established loans company in Kingston, Jamaica.

He has over the past 9 years been planning to develop hotels and resorts by doing extensive research and gaining valuable knowledge and insights into the hospitality industry on how the global tourism and travel industry functions. 

With the use of new and emerging technologies and his creative and innovative ideas, he along with his dynamic management team will be able to drive Treasures Hotels & Resorts to become the #1 choice for hospitality in Jamaica, the Caribbean and eventually the rest of the world.

Vice President 

Kenishia Ellison is a self-motivated individual who has acquired a wide variety of
skills and experiences over the course of 15 years. She is a natural team player who is customer service oriented but also organized and creative with a strong desire to learn and excel in any activity she undertakes.

Her skills include but are not limited to data analysis, change management, human resources, financial analysis, strategic planning, problem solving, public speaking and critical thinking. She also possesses the ability to train and motivate staff to meet challenging performance targets and to consistently satisfy customers with high-quality service.

 She has 5 years of experience working at a small hotel where she provided exceptional customer service, liaised with management regarding the day-to-day operations, and coordinated with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure units were cleaned and maintained to the standards of the organization.

As a freelance worker she has worked on several short-term projects where she has marketed products and services for various international agencies, wrote product and book reviews, coordinated marketing activities across several teams to meet deadlines and objectives, and diagnose and troubleshoot issues as they are reported. It is these marketing skills as well as all her other skills and experiences which makes Mrs. Ellison a great fit for her role as the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer.

Company Secretary

Khamisa Flynn possesses natural leadership qualities and displays strong work ethics and devotion. She has the ability to work effectively and enthusiastically within a group or on her own to achieve the goals of the organization with determination and hard work. 

Professionalism, ability to learn, discipline and initiative are some of her strong points as an individual. Her zeal to learn and to educate others has made her a well-rounded individual who can operate with or without instruction and produce the desired output at the highest level of efficiency.  

Additionally, she is honest, punctual, willing to help others and very good at time management. Her communication skills are up to par as she can communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. Furthermore, she has adequate experience and knowledge of relevant computer systems and applications that will be used to carry out her daily tasks and functions as the Company Secretary.

Treasurer

Javane Lewis is a dynamic young individual fueled by a zeal for challenges and is dedicated and committed to his professional career and advancement. Mr. Lewis's educational journey includes the attainment of a diploma in Administrative Assistance Level 3 and a certificate in Fundamentals of Customer Engagement at the HEART Institue Stony Hill Campus.

In the professional realm, Mr. Lewis has played an integral role as a Loan Officer at the Jamaica Civil Service Mutual Thrift Society since July 2018. Simultaneously, he serves as an Assistant Accountant at TACS Business Solution. In these capacities, Mr. Lewis excels in various financial responsibilities, including data entry, bank reconciliation, trial balance preparation, and tax filing.

Mr. Lewis's versatile skill set encompasses proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as Sage Accounting and QuickBooks Enterprise Solution. Beyond the confines of the professional arena, he actively engages with the community as a member of the Rotaract Club of New Kingston, reflecting a commitment to social responsibility. Armed with a robust educational background, multifaceted professional experience, and a comprehensive skill set, Javane Lewis is poised to make significant contributions in his role as Treasurer. 

Chief Human Resources Officer

and Chairwoman

 Kamuna Dunbar is a highly self-motivated and dedicated individual with proven customer service, marketing, negotiating, evaluative, analytical, advisory and strong interpersonal skills. She is also a confident individual who adds great value to our organization.

She is a team player who is well organized, believes in herself and dedicated to her work. She also has great skills in communication, active listening, and critical thinking which are valuable assets that she brings to our organization and the role of Chief Human Resources Officer.

She is a very helpful person and others view her as very flexible and resourceful. Even when situations and schedules change constantly and at the last minute, she is able to be highly adaptive and can adjust accordingly to meet tight deadlines. Despite working in chaotic environments, she is always able to finish tasks on time.

Chief Operating Officer

Standing at 5'4'', Shakiyah Samuels is a very motivated young lady who is a team player and also service oriented. She is willing to take on new challenges and learn new ideas and is also known for her adaptability as she easily grasps new concepts.

She is a graduate of the Immaculate Conception High School and has a diverse and well-rounded educational background which includes an Associate Degree in General Studies, a Diploma in Practical Nursing, a Certificate in Geriatric Nursing, and a Diploma in Customer Service Supervisory Management Level 3. The latter qualification, which was obtained from the HEART/NSTA, strengthens her expertise in managing and supervising customer service operations. 

With over 6 years in customer service across diverse industries, she brings a wealth of experience to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Her focus on customer service management aims to elevate client experiences and help drive increased bookings for Treasures Hotels & Resorts.

Chief Information & Technology Officer

Omari Wallace possess a commendable personality with a high moral of conduct.  He currently has a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Computer Science and is equipped with mathematical and technological skills to accompany his dedication towards his tasks and duties.

 He is also a freelance web/app developer and graphic designer who has developed apps and websites and also created graphic designs such as flyers, banners and logos for a variety of clients.

He intends to dedicate his energies, skills and talents for the mutual benefit of himself and our organization in the role of Chief Information & Technology Officer.

Chief Construction & Development Officer

Lorenzo Ellison is a reliable and flexible team player who offers a positive and co-operative attitude towards life and work. He is an art appreciator; great coordinator and his professional versatility knows no bounds. With a solid background in the construction industry and project development as well as a proven track record of successful project completion, he is confident in his ability to contribute to our organization's success.

Throughout his career, he has accumulated a wealth of experience in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. His expertise includes project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. He is well-versed in interpreting architectural drawings, managing construction teams, and implementing safety measures to create a secure work environment.

His key qualifications and skills include:

• Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects concurrently.
• Experience in collaborating with architects, engineers, and local authorities.
• Adeptness at creating and managing project budgets, cost estimates & financial reporting. 
• In-depth knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations and environmental requirements 
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering a collaborative and
  results-driven team environment
• Experienced in managing and motivating construction teams to achieve project goals. 

All the above makes him perfectly fit for the role of Chief Construction & Development Officer.

Chief Lodging Officer

 Shana Thompson is a flexible and hardworking woman who for over 20 years carries a wealth of experience in various industries. She intends to utilize her experiences to ensure the continued success of our organization. 

As the Chief Lodging Officer she is responsible for overseeing the lodging operations and amenities of our hotels and resorts islandwide. In this role, she is focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong track record of success in driving business results, developing high-performing teams, and delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges.

In their free time, she enjoys swimming, reading, listening to music and writing poetry.

Chief Food & Beverage Officer

Roquel Samuels is a seasoned professional with a passion for culinary excellence and exceptional guest experiences. As the Chief Food & Beverage Officer at our company he will orchestrates the entire food & beverage operation, ensuring seamless service and delectable offerings for our guests.

Rocquel has extensive experience in the food industry. His journey began as a caterer, then chef and gradually rising through the ranks to lead our food & beverage operations.

When not immersed in culinary pursuits, Rocquel enjoys exploring local markets, discovering unique ingredients, and experimenting with fusion cuisines.

Rocquel embodies the spirit of culinary innovation and exceptional hospitality, making him an invaluable asset to our team. 

Chief Tour & Travel Officer

 Venesha Reid is an aspiring young lady who has an appetite for success and strives for excellence in every capacity of life. She firmly believes that qualities such as honesty, efficiency and maturity are mandatory for any successful professional. 

She also possesses strong team coordination skills and does a great job at multitasking. These among other positive traits are what she brings to the table in her role as Chief Tour & Travel Officer. 

Chief Event & Entertainment Officer 

Breanna Campbell is an extremely motivated and hardworking individual. She is a team player who believes that customer satisfaction must be achieved at all times.

 She is a competent professional with extensive customer service, sales and secretarial experiences. She also has performance history of managing high volume assignment, and exceeding service standards. She is prompt and passionate about using these skills to support our company’s success. 

She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in administrative management therefore she is able to function well under pressure and her ability to multitask and effectively manage her time affords her the privilege of applying all necessary skills in her role as the Chief Event & Entertainment Officer.
