skills and experiences over the course of 15 years. She is a natural team player who is customer service oriented but also organized and creative with a strong desire to learn and excel in any activity she undertakes.
Her skills include but are not limited to data analysis, change management, human resources, financial analysis, strategic planning, problem solving, public speaking and critical thinking. She also possesses the ability to train and motivate staff to meet challenging performance targets and to consistently satisfy customers with high-quality service.
She has 5 years of experience working at a small hotel where she provided exceptional customer service, liaised with management regarding the day-to-day operations, and coordinated with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure units were cleaned and maintained to the standards of the organization.
As a freelance worker she has worked on several short-term projects where she has marketed products and services for various international agencies, wrote product and book reviews, coordinated marketing activities across several teams to meet deadlines and objectives, and diagnose and troubleshoot issues as they are reported. It is these marketing skills as well as all her other skills and experiences which makes Mrs. Ellison a great fit for her role as the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer.

In the professional realm, Mr. Lewis has played an integral role as a Loan Officer at the Jamaica Civil Service Mutual Thrift Society since July 2018. Simultaneously, he serves as an Assistant Accountant at TACS Business Solution. In these capacities, Mr. Lewis excels in various financial responsibilities, including data entry, bank reconciliation, trial balance preparation, and tax filing.
Mr. Lewis's versatile skill set encompasses proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as Sage Accounting and QuickBooks Enterprise Solution. Beyond the confines of the professional arena, he actively engages with the community as a member of the Rotaract Club of New Kingston, reflecting a commitment to social responsibility. Armed with a robust educational background, multifaceted professional experience, and a comprehensive skill set, Javane Lewis is poised to make significant contributions in his role as Treasurer.

She is a graduate of the Immaculate Conception High School and has a diverse and well-rounded educational background which includes an Associate Degree in General Studies, a Diploma in Practical Nursing, a Certificate in Geriatric Nursing, and a Diploma in Customer Service Supervisory Management Level 3. The latter qualification, which was obtained from the HEART/NSTA, strengthens her expertise in managing and supervising customer service operations.
