Purpose: To acquire a private island and access debt financing to develop our first Ultra-Luxury hotel and resort in Bahamas. Investors will get 10% ownership in both Treasures Hotels & Resorts Bahamas Limited and our future real estate development company,
CLR Bahamas Developments Ltd.

INVESTMENT OFFER #3:
US$200 million for 30,000,000 Shares
Purpose: To access debt financing in order to acquire lands for the development of luxury hotels & resorts as well as the purchase of turnkey hotels, resorts and villas then renovate, operate, market and advertise them. Investors will be given up to 10% or 10,000,000 shares each in our future subsidiary companies, Boutique Havens Bahamas Ltd.,
Beds & Villas Bahamas Ltd. and CLR Bahamas Developments Ltd.

INVESTMENT OFFER #4: US$100 million for 20,000,000 Shares
Purpose: To assist in getting debt financing for the acquisition of a private island to develop another Ultra-Luxury hotel & resort. Investors will get 10% ownership in both Treasures Hotels & Resorts Bahamas Limited and CLR Bahamas Developments Ltd.
INVESTMENT OFFER #5: US$150 million for 20,000,000 Shares
Purpose: To startup our future food production company called
Spring Valley Foods Bahamas Limited then raise capital of US$500 million in order to acquire lands for the development of large-scale farms that will produce and provide food and beverages for our own hotel, resort, villa, event, tour and travel operations. Investors will get 20% ownership of Spring Valley Foods Bahamas.

INVESTMENT OFFER #6: US$100 million for 10,000,000 Shares
Purpose: To startup our future travel services company called
Elite Travels Bahamas Limited then raise capital of US$500 million for our ground travel businesses and acquire vehicles and lands to start our tour operations as well as develop our transportation hubs and own tourist attractions in Bahamas. Investors will get 10% ownership of
Elite Travels Bahamas.

Purpose: To startup other subsidiaries of Elite Travels Bahamas and raise capital of US$600 million for our sea travel businesses called Elite Ferry, Elite Boat Rides and Elite Yachts and acquire various sea vessels. Investors will get 10% ownership of Elite Travels Bahamas.
