Treasures Hotels & Resorts will manage and operate
5 Super-Luxury® & Ultra-Luxury® hotel & resort brands called:
Diamond Treasures, Sapphire Treasures, Emerald Treasures, Pearl Treasures and Secret Treasures.
We will also operate Luxury-Boutique® Resorts that will be niche resorts catering to specific types of guests and located on properties that have waterfronts or features such as beaches, islands, cays, mountains, forests, farms, ranches, waterfalls, lakes, lagoons, rivers and creeks.
Our Hotels & Resorts will provide accommodations and various amenities and activities to our guests. They will also have many "smart" features as well as present and future state-of-the-art technologies that will set them apart from our competitors.
The categories of hotel rooms and suites that will be available to our guests for booking will be called: Economy, Family, Business, Executive and Presidential. Guests will also be able to book these types of rooms and suites with beach, garden and ocean views as well as with king-size, queen-size, or double beds.
Super-Luxury® & Ultra-Luxury® Hotels & Resorts
Our Super-Luxury® & Ultra-Luxury® hotels & resorts will be a 5-brand group of 5 & 6-star all-inclusive resorts providing luxurious accommodations as well as many other services, activities and amenities. Each brand will target and cater to a different market.
Our 5-Star Super-Luxury® hotels & resorts will be built on lands with size of 70-299 acres while our 6-star Ultra-Luxury® hotels & resorts will be built on lands with sizes of 300 acres or more in order to support the development of smart towns and cities as well as gated communities.
Our Ultra-Luxury® hotels & resorts will:
- Offer thousands of hotel rooms & suites
- Accommodate mega yachts, cruise ships and cargo ships at marinas and ports.
- Operate airports built to accommodate larger commercial aircrafts.
- Have gated communities providing hundreds of luxury homes (apartments, condos, villas and townhouses).
- Have large-scale farming operations.
- Have sports arenas and stadiums.
- Have large entertainment facilities.
- Have large outdoor recreational grounds.

Emerald Treasures will be our own all-inclusive brand of eco-tourism resorts that cater our accommodations and amenities to nature enthusiasts who enjoy outdoor recreations and activities in natural environments.
SECRET TREASURES
ADULT 18+ ONLY
At Secret Treasures we will cater to adults 18 years and older who are seeking accommodations and fun-filled activities of a sexual nature.
Luxury-Boutique® Resorts
Our Luxury-Boutique® Resorts will be small-scale, niche operations that have one or two main attractions and are marketed and catered to specific guests such as nature, food, golf, equestrian and outdoor recreation enthusiasts. They will be developed mainly on parcels of lands 20 acres or greater, on islands and cays of any size, lands that have a waterfront feature and properties that we have bought as turnkey operations.
