Beds & Villas will be our short-term rental business that offers luxury homes to locals, employees, vacationers and international travelers. 

Fully furnished homes in the form of villas, cottages, guesthouses, townhouses, family houses, penthouses, apartments, mansions, great houses, manors, and condos will be bought on the local real estate market or built at our resorts to accommodate guests as well as for employees who work at the resorts. These homes will have at least 3 bedrooms and some of which may be in gated communities or at existing resorts that are not owned or operated by us.
